During this time of uncertainty, we will be closely monitoring all statements and mandates which are being handed down by the local, provincial, and federal governments.  Please know, it is our desire to service your property in a timely and efficient manner, however, we will comply with any orders we may receive.  This could include disruption to our normal operations.

  • The safety of our staff, customers and the general public is the most important thing to us. To this end, we will be observing the following procedures:
    1. Social Distancing – We will be operating our staff in separate vehicles so that they are working at a distance of 2 meters.  Additionally, all company meetings are held electronically or via telecommunication; we are not physically gathering for any company meetings.  Each of our crew leaders keeps their equipment with them and takes it home after their shift.  This removes the need for our staff to frequent our shop daily.
      • It is important that customers maintain a distance of 2 meters from our staff.  This is for everyone’s protection.
      • If you need to speak with us, please call or email: 1-613-558-0002  info@thomaslawncare.ca
    2. No touch/contact signups: we offer sign up by emailing service agreements to our office
      • We are working on other forms of electronic signup.
    3. Sanitization – All high touch surfaces (work truck interiors, work shop surfaces, and equipment handles) will be sanitized frequently.
  • If our employees develop symptoms of COVID-19, we will comply with healthcare recommendations and ask them to stay home.
    1. This may cause a delay in service due to reduced staffing.
      • This is, regrettably, out of our control.  We will attempt to fill positions ASAP to help cover for our staff while they recover.
  • We ask for your patience and understanding as we all navigate the uncertainty ahead.  Please know that we will be doing our very best to provide you with the very best service possible.
